The founder was ahead of his time in thoughts and actions, had a firm conviction and a vision that defied all barriers; a true entrepreneur, who had a clear vision and direction, and ensured that the industry treads the path shown by him.
Objective before the Industry was clearly stated to provide a quality product at competitive price that could last as long as the principal item. Such a product could be provided only by introducing concepts leading to quality culture and it can now boast of its culture.
Started with manufacturing of Tiller Springs in the name of MODERN SPRING MANUFACTURERS in the year 1978 and associated itself for its requirements of raw material with the erstwhile M/S SPECIAL STEELS LIMITED now M/S TATA SSL Ltd. (A subsidiary of TISCO), and traveled a long way by expanding its activities in allied products i.e. Tiller Tynes and other Agricultural Implement parts now-a-days being manufactured and marketed in the name & style of under- mentioned units:
